BE PREPARED FOR THE COLLEGE GRIND
Gym Rat Performance Training understands that the difference between a good and a great athlete is how much time they put into the off season both working on their game but also working on their performance and physique.

We are proud to offer a custom class for college or professional athletes preparing for their upcoming athletic endeavors through our College Prep Training program.

Sessions are tailored to the needs of each athlete through a consultation. Athletes are expected to meet with a Gym Rat Coach (1 on 1 or small group sessions) 1-2 times a week (based on the discretion of the coach and the purchased package) for a workout which will last 60-75 mins.
